Raichu Lv. X is, in my opinion, one of the best Lv. X's in the format. I mean, what other card lets you attack twice in one turn??? This card has so many pros, including its retreat cost, its Poke-Body, its attack, and even its artwork! First I will talk about the card's Poke-Body and attack. Raichu's Poke-Body is amazing, as it lets you attack twice on the turn that you level up your Raichu, as long as you use its attack Voltage Shoot. Voltage Shoot in itself, is a crazy good attack, as it is a snipe for 80 damage! This attack is better than Garchomp C Lv. X's Dragon Rush in my opinion! Pair this card with Aaron's Collection and you can snipe for 80 every turn! It also has a plethora of Raichu's to be played with, such as Raichu SF, Raichu AR, Raichu GS, and Raichu UD. The weakness is a little tough, because Macheap is going to be played a lot in today's format, but I think the pros far outweigh that one con!
